How far in advance should I book?
For peak wedding season (May-October), we recommend booking 12-18 months in advance. For corporate events and private parties, 3-6 months is usually sufficient. However, always reach out to check our availability!
Do you travel outside of Central PA?
Yes! While our primary service area includes Altoona, State College, and Johnstown, we frequently travel up to 2 hours for events. Travel fees may apply for distances over 50 miles from our home base.
Can I request songs?
Absolutely. We provide an online planning portal where you can build your 'Must Play', 'Play If Possible', and 'Do Not Play' lists. We also take guest requests during the event if you allow it.
What is included in your setup?
All of our packages include professional-grade sound equipment, wireless microphones for speeches, and a clean, elegant DJ booth setup that hides all cables. Lighting and photo booths are included in our higher-tier packages or as add-ons.
How much is the deposit?
We require a 25% non-refundable retainer and a signed contract to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event.
Do you provide microphones for the ceremony?
Yes, our Signature and Platinum packages include a separate ceremony audio setup with professional wireless lapel microphones for the officiant and groom, ensuring all your guests hear your vows.
Can we customize our package?
Of course. While our packages cover the most common needs, we are happy to build a custom quote tailored specifically to your event's unique requirements.
